INCENTIVE/FIT:With the canonpoint he's being taken from, Wesley is left with no actual goal in mind. He's killed Sloan, who was his main target after the showdown with the Fraternity, and he hasn't returned home yet to begin the events of Weapons of Fate (the game that acts as a sequel to the film). That leaves him far more open to the idea of accepting the offer made, which in Wesley's case would revolve around bringing Fox and Cross back to life again. Fox, because he only survived the final fight against the Fraternity because of her. And Cross, because he wants answers. (To note, a lot of those answers come during the WoF game. But that isn't something he's aware of.)
Overall, Wesley isn't likely to shy away from physical contact. While he may generally associate it with the various forms of violence he was subjected to during his training, he's far more in control than he was back then, so it isn't something he'll consider a threat (most of the time). The idea of sex and intimate contact is something that wasn't really on his radar at the start of the film either. But by the end, he's be far more open to it, simply because he doesn't have any reasons to hold back anymore.
ABILITIESWell, Wesley has the ability to defy the laws of physics.
No, really.
The explanation used is that Wesley is one of a select group of people who are able to "bend their instincts", which in turn means he's capable of warping the trajectory of bullets mid-fire and bending the path they follow. What this all boils down to is that Wesley is capable of shooting from angles that really aren't physically possible. As well as this, Wesley is capable of pushing himself further than a regular person, adrenaline fuelling his body in ways that really go beyond all limitations. He's stronger, can run faster, and his reflexes are much quicker. They're abilities that were put to use during his training with The Fraternity, leaving him a highly skilled assassin, and ultimately the last man standing at the end of the film.
He's still completely human though, so he has all the usual limitations that go with it. Also, as the human body can only produce a finite amount of adrenaline, that boost to his abilities only has a finite amount of usage each time.
As for weaponry (because, assassin), he'd come in with a couple of guns/knives on him. But seeing as the Loom isn't A Thing in Eudio, there'll be no reason for him to ever actually use them against others. They'll serve more as a security blanket for him than an actual weapon, and if it's part of the agreement made when he first signs up to head over, he'd be willing to get permits as needed.
